Easy Pancakes

This recipe is really easy and quick if you already have the mix made up, and it comes out great every time for us.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 3/4 cups rice milk (or other milk sub)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
Directions
  1. Mix well, adding liquid as necessary for desired thickness.
  2. Pour onto greased skillet.
