Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) GFCF margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup sorghum flour
Directions
- Slice apples into an 8 x 8 inch pan.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Combine margarine, sugar, and flour, mixing together well.
- Place over top of apples and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until topping turns light brown.
