Apple Crisp

 

Ingredients
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) GFCF margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup sorghum flour
Directions
  1. Slice apples into an 8 x 8 inch pan.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Combine margarine, sugar, and flour, mixing together well.
  4. Place over top of apples and cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until topping turns light brown.
