Coconut Cream Butter Chocolate Candy

 

Ingredients
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil/butter
  • 8 oz. chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Melt coconut cream and oil together.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar and heat, stirring constantly until mixed.
  3. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
  4. Pour into 8 inch pan oiled with coconut oil.

Tastes more like truffles instead of fudge.
