Grape Mush
Ingredients
- 1 qt. of home-made grape juice or equivalent of safe store bought
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/4 tsp.sea salt
- 6 Tbsp. minute tapioca
- 2 bananas, sliced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except bananas and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Cook over medium heat,stirring frequently until mixture comes to a boil and tapioca becomes clear.
- Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Immediately before serving, top with sliced bananas.
