MALL COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 2 cups macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 bag chocolate chips (6 oz)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Grind 1 cup macadama nuts in the blender, but try not to get pastey.
  2. Put it in a large mixing bowl. Grind remaining 1 cup of nuts, sugar, and choc. chips in blender - not too pastey, a little chunky is fine. Add to the mixing bowl.
  3. Add salt and egg whites, and mix all together.
  4. It should be moist, but not soggy wet.
  5. Drop onto parchment paper.
  6. Bake at 325 F for 20 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool on the paper a few minutes to firm up before removing.
