Chocolate Pudding

 

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 3 TBSP cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cups Darifree
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt.
  2. Stir in milk until smooth.
  3. Microwave, uncovered on high for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir.
  5. Microwave 4-6 minutes longer or until thickened, stirring every minute.
  6. Stir in vanilla.
  7. Pour into individual serving dishes.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent "skin".
  9. Refrigerate.

Yield: 4 servings.
