Vanilla Pudding

 

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cups liquid Darifree
  • 1 TBSP margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Stir in Darifree until smooth.
  3. Microwave uncovered on high 3 minutes.
  4. Stir.
  5. Microwave 4 - 6 minutes more, stirring every minute until thick.
  6. Stir in margarine and vanilla.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap to avoid "skin".
  8. Refrigerate.
