Mussels Steamed on the Grill

Quick to fix <-> extra lean <-> low fat

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. mussels
  • 6-8 Tbsp. white wine
  • l tsp. thyme
Directions
  1. For each appetizer serving, place 8 to l2 mussels on a rectangle of heavy-duty foil.
  2. Shape foil to hold liquid and add l Tbsp. white wine and 1/8 tsp. thyme to each packet.
  3. Seal and place on grill about 5 minutes, or until shells open.
  4. Each packet makes l appetizer serving.
  5. Serves 6 as an appetizer.
