Mini Corn Dogs

 

Ingredients
  • 1/4 C garbanzo bean flour
  • 1/4 C white rice flour
  • 1/2 C yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 t xanthan gum
  • 1/2 T sugar
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 C milk sub
  • GFCF hot dogs
Directions
  1. Mix together the dry ingredients.
  2. Add in the two wet ingredients.
  3. Cut hotdogs into three pieces, dip in batter (this is the toughest part, coat it well until it sticks).
  4. Deep fry until golden brown.

These taste great!
