Mini Corn Dogs
Ingredients
- 1/4 C garbanzo bean flour
- 1/4 C white rice flour
- 1/2 C yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 t xanthan gum
- 1/2 T sugar
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 C milk sub
- GFCF hot dogs
Directions
- Mix together the dry ingredients.
- Add in the two wet ingredients.
- Cut hotdogs into three pieces, dip in batter (this is the toughest part, coat it well until it sticks).
- Deep fry until golden brown.
These taste great!
