Creamy Noodles

 

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dairy alternative
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch
  • 8 oz. gluten free noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, and drain.
  2. Combine cold chicken broth, dairy alternative, margarine and potato starch, blend well to dissolve starch.
  3. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.
  4. Cook until mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
  5. Add noodles and stir.
  6. Chopped cooked vegetables or meat can be added for varied flavor.
