Dumplings (for Tidgy Pork Casserole)

 

Ingredients
  • 60g (2oz) gluten free vegetable suet
  • 125g (4oz) gluten free flour mix
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 5 tablespoons cold water (you may need more depending on the flour mix)
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
  2. Divide into 8 and roll into balls.
  3. Place on top of stew 20 mins before the end of cooking time for the casserole.
  4. Cover with tight fitting lid.
