Ingredients
- 60g (2oz) gluten free vegetable suet
- 125g (4oz) gluten free flour mix
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 5 tablespoons cold water (you may need more depending on the flour mix)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Divide into 8 and roll into balls.
- Place on top of stew 20 mins before the end of cooking time for the casserole.
- Cover with tight fitting lid.
